EIGEN KWEEK

More then 2 million viewers enjoyed the first season on Eén.

HOME GROWN (EIGEN KWEEK)  is a dramedy series following the ups and downs of the Welvaerts, a modest potato-farming family in Belgium.

Father Josh is a modest, hard worker, and an expert at cultivating the crop. Hoping to retire soon, the family tradition of potato farming may be lost, as neither of his two sons are interested in taking over the farm when the time comes, which threatens to tear the family apart.

Steven is a deadbeat mama's boy, whose only interest is in smokingweed. Frank, an average man and mechanic, has just moved into his own place with his new fiancé from the Philippines to pursue love and a family, much to his mother Ria's delight.
When Josh is a victim of a conman and loses the family savings, he must turn to Steven to start a new business and family tradition - growing marijuana.
Nothing will ever be the same for the small-town family as an illegal crop and a Philippine beauty bring them closer together once again.
